In 2008 I was one of the vendor coordinators for Seattle's Pride Parade. I volunteered to coordinate the tables, chairs and stage rental and placement. I cannot say enough good things about working with Jim Baker at Stellar Rentals. I had taken on the role with very little information to work with about how things had been done in previous years. I called Jim and immediately he put my mind at ease. He listened to my concerns and about how we wanted things to be this year which was different than in previous years. He provided us with helpful suggestions for placement of items and creative substitutions that might make sense for our situation. During the planning process the items we needed grew and shrunk numerous times and each time Jim said 'no problem'. The final changes happened a day before we were supposed to meet and again Jim said no problem. He is amazing! Most of our communication was done via email and it never took longer than a day for him to respond to my request or questions. The day of the event he and his crew arrived a half an hour earlier than we originally planned to make sure everything would be set up in time. If you're ever in need a rental company and want someone who will get the job done in an efficient and professional manner, you need to talk to Jim. I will definitely be calling him again when I need any type of rentals.
