Very disappointing. Lightning fast job of cleaning that only made my carpets look worse. I was shocked by how fast they went, and don't buy the story about how the workers move the furniture. They slid it just enough to wash the spot underneath - I ended up carrying some pieces out of the room because I care how it comes out!
They cleaned 2 area rugs as well as a large carpet. The area rugs were not even vacuumed first - there was debris sitting on top of the rugs after they were done being ""shampooed."" They damaged a closet door, put a dent and small split in the wood right at eye level, AND never told me they did it!
When I called to complain, they offered to have the rugs recleaned. I asked that the same workers NOT be sent out. Assured they would send a different crew. What did they do but send one of them back with a sidekick who was only there to back him up. Said it's no problem to take <20 minutes to clean a 500+ sq. foot carpet. He could do it in 10 minutes! Do you want to pay good money for THIS kind of cleaning? It means nothing gets an extra moment of attention - traffic areas, stain, whatever.
Worker who returned, aside from glaring at me and being generally bad tempered, lied to my face. He claimed the area rugs had never been cleaned upstairs where the door was damaged. I saw his partner spray cleaning the rugs in this location with my own eyes. No integrity.
The manager who came out to see the damage, gave me the spiel about how their equipment was so good it takes almost no time to clean, and that my carpet was not dirty but ""damaged from not being cleaned often enough."" He asked me what remedy I sought for the door - which I wanted it to be repaired to look like it did before it was dented. He told me it could not be done to my satisfaction, and they would not replace it since ""it's not like there's a huge gap or split in the wood.""
So basically they can charge you to make your carpets look worse, tell you the dirt you see isn't dirt, and tell you that the damage they do isn't bad enough to need to be put right - as it was before they caused it. But he did offer me a $25 gift certificate towards a FUTURE CLEANING.
I would not let them in my house again if they paid me to. I hope anyone who takes a chance on this business watches them like a hawk. You can't trust them to tell you if they break something. They were great when I used them in the past. Sad how this company has turned.
