Very personable, thorough plumber 1/26/2016

Andrew did a great job of flushing our water heater and checking all of the visible plumbing in our home. He was quite thorough, and he explained things carefully to my wife and me. He also presented several options for upgrades to our plumbing system. We didn't take advantage of any of these options this time, but we will consider them carefully in the future. more

Excellent Customer Service 1/5/2016

Mike arrived on time for the appt., and was both courteous and professional. He offered the maintenance plan as an option which we elected to take full advantage of and in the end we not only had all of the scheduled work completed with a savings but Mike also completed a full home inspection with us and answered a lot of our questions surrounding preventative care/maintenance for our home and plumbing needs. Owning a home can be very daunting when considering all that can go wrong so it is refreshing and reassuring to know that there are professionals who care about delivering a service with the highest of standards. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and would suggest you ask for Mike. more

They responded quickly to my call and their plumber was friendly, courteous and professional. I needed a new kitchen faucet, since the old one had sprung a leak. He reviewed several options with me and helped me choose the right one that fit my budget, my aesthetic and functional needs. The installation went quickly and smoothly and I am extremely happy with the end result. more

Main water valve, hose bib replace upgrade 10/19/2015

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to fix a broken main water valve along with replacing leaking hose bibbs. Easy to schedule appointment. I was contacted by the office indicating when Andrew C the tech would be at site. Andrew C was very professional in his appearance and work ethic. Andrew was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I asked. I could tell he took pride in his work and he took the time to do the job right. more
