Andrew did a great job of flushing our water heater and checking all of the visible plumbing in our home. He was quite thorough, and he explained things carefully to my wife and me. He also presented several options for upgrades to our plumbing system. We didn't take advantage of any of these options this time, but we will consider them carefully in the future.
