Mike arrived on time for the appt., and was both courteous and professional. He offered the maintenance plan as an option which we elected to take full advantage of and in the end we not only had all of the scheduled work completed with a savings but Mike also completed a full home inspection with us and answered a lot of our questions surrounding preventative care/maintenance for our home and plumbing needs.
