Outrageously bad service and baldfaced liars. I ordered a very expensive Valentine's Day bouquet for my wife two full days in advance. While I had the salesgirl on the phone she had a colleague double-check to confirm the flowers I wanted were in stock -- she said they were, guaranteed their delivery on Valentine's Day, and I placed my order.\r

Two days later [on VD itself] they delivered a bouquet to my wife's office and she promptly sent me a photo via her iPhone. Sadly, the flowers they delivered were not even remotely close. The flowers I was promised were white roses with ruffled peach-colored tips. What they sent were plain, solid peach color with no ruffles.\r

When I called Stadium Flowers to inquire about their error they didn't even apologize, they dismissed me with ""we had hundreds of orders today"" and tried to make me feel grateful I got any flowers at all. They went on to say the best they could do would be to deliver a new bouquet NEXT WEEK. They did not offer me a refund and when I inquired about one they said they do NOT offer refunds.\r

WORST FLORIST and worst local business I have dealt with, EVER. Rude, dismissive sales people, terrible customer service and no refunds when they fail to provide the product for which they had been paid.\r
