I set out to purchase a 2010 Honda Civic and e-mailed several dealers. Of all replies, Freddy Flores was the only one who was fast, polite, not patronizing, and completely transparent regarding pricing. Before I went to the dealership, I had several questions, all of which Freddy answered in detail and promptly. At the appointment, Freddy was professional, low-key, respectful. I got a good deal, no surprises. I recommend Freddy and Spreen Honda. Thank you Freddy!
