I called 2 mornings ago to get and estimate on furnace and water heater. Mine were old and I knew I didn't have long before an issue. I have a new baby and wanted to be pro-active. Derek and Bryan showed up about an hour after I called. They put booties on to come in my home. I found that very respectful. They inspected the machines and determined I did need new and gave me a comprehensive estimate w/ options. Derek made recommendations I agreed with. They surprised me in that they could do the work that day. They got to work about 10am and finished near 8pm. They were pleasant and competent and I really felt comfortable and confident w/ them. Very profressional. The work was complete, everything works, the space was left super clean and the guys smiled the entire time, despite the long day. I had to call on them recently to get their opinion on a plumbing job that was being done at my home and they were the most helpful in showing me some things that were wrong so i could have them corrected. I really appreciated their help and input in this matter and have really learned a lesson. I will never again hire someone a friend recommends and whom i know nothing about. Having never had any plumbing problems in the past, I was nervous to have to make the call with a leaking kitchen faucet. Two very professional and courteous gentlemen came within an hour of my call. The faucet (which needed replacement might have been a little little higher priced than perhaps it should have been, but if you CANNOT do it yourself you must pay to have it done. They did a nice job, left no mess and were very pleasant to do business with. I would trust them for future work. - Karin S more
