Review content:
I was in the market for a car, and was considering a 2008 Ford Focus. After running a few errands, I decided to stop by Sound Ford to see if I could give one a test drive. I met the salesperson, and told him what I was looking for, and we made all of the arrangements for a test drive. As we got into the car, I asked him how much it cost. He said he didn't have that information. I asked him if he could go get it, and he said that he would after we finished the test drive. During the test drive, I asked again, ""will you please tell me how much this car costs?"" His response: ""no."" After I picked my jaw up off the car seat, I started to get irritated. After we finished the test drive, I sat down with the salesperson in the showroom, and told him that I would be interested in the car if they could bring it down below a certain price. Naturally, he had to go talk to his manager about the price I wanted. The whole experience might have been tolerable, if it wasn't for the fact they kept me waiting for 30 minutes! I eventually left, and I have no plans to ever return. Cons: Bad customer service, high pressure sales
