i've been several times, and have yet to be disapponted by any aspect of the experience - the food has never been anything less than excellent, it's run by an itallian family, who, it seems to me, love running a restaurant, making the service great (stop by once or so weekly and they'll actually remember your name), and it's never overcrowded or noisy, though reservations wouldn't be a bad idea. that said, it's not cheap, but you won't wind up paying $15-20 for an entree if you choose by price. it's one of my favorite local restaurants, if not my absolue top, and, having lived here my entire life, that might be saying something...i rated soleto trattoria & pizza bar 5 accross the board, simply put, because it is.
