Not happy with my color at all 7/15/2011

I still see grey roots. The roots are too red. The gloss is too dark that my highights are invisible. Overall my hair is much darker than I wanted. Not happy. more

30 year run 7/14/2011

Along with a handful of friends, I am one of the longest running customers at Soho 1982. So it is coming up to my 30th anniversary and I still have hair to cut! (being male this is important). In fact I need Soho now more than ever. They can make my slightly greying locks look golden. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who have cut my hair over the years but everyone was a gem. They were/are funny and smart and I had/have full confidence in their abilities and judgement. Maybe I'll give them a try just a few more years. more

Quality and not breaking the bank 7/14/2011

I recently got a haircut with Liz and a brow and lip wax with Jenna. Overall, I am very pleased with both and it is very convenient to have all of the services I need in one place. Liz really listened to what I wanted in my cut and Jenna does a meticulous job as always. The only annoying thing is you can't put the tip on a credit card, please look into changing that! I will definitely recommend Soho to friends! more

Best Waxers around the area!!! 7/14/2011

I see 2 etheticians at Soho for my Brazilian waxing, which you cannot trust just anyone to! Both women are very professional, make you feel comfortable and quite efficient. A Brazilian wax can take up to 30 min., at Soho it has never been longer than 15 min. Highly recommend for this particular service! more

Great stylist, not so great customer service on the front desk 7/12/2011

The stylists at Soho are wonderful. Very professional and nice. In the last six or eight months there has been some changes on the front desk and with the people who call to remind you about appointments. This change has not been for the better and if I didn't like my hair-stylist so much, I would leave because of the people who now answer the phone, set up appointments, and take payment. more

update to my wax at SOHO 7/9/2011

I left a review that wasn't that great explaining how I was giving SOHO a 3rd attempt before I didn't return for services. I mentioned the place is very clean and my waxer was super sweet.I just was not pleased with my outcome. A day or so later the manager personally called me, expressing her apologies and was going to have me try a different woman to wax me. End of of the day, I was very happy, Jenna was professional and sweet.The wax was basically painless and she tweezed parts she missed. I am happy I gave it a finall try, and was pleased the manager actually cared about a customer. My experience was good, and I have already made an appt for my upkeep next month. more

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SOHO, APPROX. 8YRS, AND VAL HAS WORKED WONDERS, WITH MY VERY DIFFICULT HAIR !!!!!!!!!!! THE SALON IS CLEAN AND VERY EFFICIENT, THE ENVIORMENT IS VERY RELAXED AND FRIENDLY.THEY ARE VERY UP TO DATE WITH THE NEWEST PRODUCTS AND STYLES I HAVE NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOHO. brazillian waxes 7/8/2011

I've received brazillians for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend Tatsiana. She is fast, professional, and I've had absolutely no problems with her services. However, steer clear of Heather. She uses shorter strokes and smaller waxing paper. The wax was also too hot and burned my inner thigh, causing hyperpigmentation. more

She consistently displays enthusiasm for her profession and is always up-to-date on the latest styles and trends, obtained through her commitment to continuing education and training.
