Great experience 8/7/2011

I am never disappointed with my experience at SoHO. My stylist is extremely personable, a great listener and always does exactly what I ask for. The entire staff act professional and are friendly. I look forward to coming back to Brittany every 6 weeks. She's a pleasure to work with! more

Disappointing Tanning application 8/7/2011

I came in for a liquid tanning to be applied to my legs only last Friday before I left on vacation on Saturday. The staff was great in taking me on such short notice and fitting me in. Jenna was great, professional and personable. I give the staff high marks but the tanning was absolutely terrible. My knees and feet turned dark orange. I was too embarrassed to wear my swim suit, or even shorts. I was very disappointed in the results and the price at $45.00. I just got home last night and scrubbed what was remaining off.....very disappointed. more

overall soho experience 8/5/2011

I've also been a long time customer of SOHO for the last 12 years. I miss Kat terribly, but the last two colors I received since were very good (can't remember the first girl, Brittney was 2nd). I've had a facial there once and I probably wouldn't go back. The facialist left the room while I was masque-ing, and most places I go to, the facialist will massage head/feet. I wish they had later evening hrs on MON/TUE, I'd DEF go then! Keep up the great work :) more

Pat's been cutting my hair for over 15 years. There's no one better. I miss Kat (my colorist. Haven't yet settled in to anyone else yet. The staff is always warm and gracious...I'm a lifer! more

I've been visiting SoHo every 6 weeks for color re-touch, cut & brow waxing. Alex is always attentive to me while doing my hair. I had the privilege of having the brow wax by Danielle---she was just as great! Although some say it's pricey, it is worth every dime!!! Thanks more

Mini Facial Treatment 7/17/2011

I go in to get Mini Facial Treatments fairly often. The staff is friendly and know the products. The facility is clean and the waiting room upstairs feels very relaxing with all of the magazines and drinks. I plan to continue to go for skin Treatments in the future. more

My manicure so okay, nothing special. I felt rushed and was talked out of "french" (maybe took too long?) and I wished I pushed the point and didn't settle on color again. I found other places give you more for less money, adding extras SOHO charges more for (like paraffin) more

great experience 7/15/2011

At my last appointment I had the stylist cut my hair to donate to a charity. The stylist did a great job of helping me feel comfortable with my new short hair and showing me different ways to style it. The only reason I did not give five stars was that I did have to wait past my appointment time for the stylist to finish the client before me. more
