Bad customer service 9/25/2007

Great sofa, terrible customer service. They are great if you don't have a problem with the furniture, but if you do look out, they will not return your inquiries, unless you keep on them. Even then, they wouldn't work it out with us. We payed way to much for our sofa and then to get the lousy service, there is no way I would buy from them again. I just cannot reccomend them. Pros: lots of fabric to choose from Cons: , crappy customer service and way overpriced more

They Built Exactly What I Wanted! 4/1/2007

I brought Marina a photograph of a sofa I wanted, with down cushions, a cool , different design and a intricate structure and they made it exactly! I love it. They told me it would take a week and they had it in my house within 3 days! The quality and the craftsmanship is amazing and the owner really took care of me. I love Sofa U Love and would never go anywhere else! They are the best!!!! Pros: Very Helpful Staff, Very Well Built Furniture more
