I had originally called to say that my unit was running but not producing cold air. A technician came out and did an inspection and filled the unit with 2 pounds of coolant. My bill was over $300
Come to find out that there was a special running online for $75 inspection and coolant, but because I did not state that was what I needed and indicated that I may have a problem this was not given to me.
How was I to know that this was what I needed in advance. Poor advisement by the technician, and I felt severely over charged.
