Put a valve in two toilets and charged same rate for both toilets, one should not have travel time and extra gas on it. Was charged the same price for both toilets for service ch...

Good Service 6/26/2014

Although Sobieski spent a great deal of time checking and trouble shooting our a.c. during our 10 month check-up, we had to call them back a few days later. On that appt. a broken damper was noticed and it was replaced a few days later. Had this all been done on the first check, I'd have given all 5's. The service reps were all very cooperative and very nice. more

Overall Experience Was Fair 6/26/2014

Initial consultations were good and communication was good. Confiusion surrounding thermostat options and humidifier tie in lead to additional cost. Installation is neat and equipment looks good. Very dissapointed about the cleanliness and the condition left after the installation. Basement was covered with dust from concrete sawing. Saw areas were not cleaned up and with large amounts of debris and saw cut dust were left behind. This should have been cleaned up and would have been easily cleaned up with a shop vac. Also, promised that a supervisor would stop out a couple days after install....that never happened. : - ( more

Excellent experience! 6/24/2014

first hot day of the season and I was sitting happily at work when I got a phone call from home that the AC didn't seem to be working. After several phone calls where they couldn't help me for almost a week, espically if I didn't have a contract. I called Sobieski and they were available the next day so I jumped on it. Tech came out on time even though 495 makes traffic a nightmare. He found the problem quickly explained everything to my wife and had the ac back up and running in no time. we definitely bought a contract with them! more

Highway Robbery 6/16/2014

These prices are HORRIBLE!! Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but we had to pay $355 for someone to come out and replace a shower head!! We were told that we had to pay $79.95 for our service call (which we were fine with), plus the cost of the repair. We knew that it was only a broken shower head, so we agreed. Little did we know that it would end up costing $355!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! more

Highly Recommend 6/12/2014

Used this service for a plumbing issue. The call to make the appointment was friendly and scheduled timely. Worker showed up on time, professional and knowledgeable. Discussed issue and cost. Made the repair quickly and left my house cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend. This company also previously replaced my furnance and because that experience went so well, I called them for this plumbing repair. more

OIl heater removed 5/2/2014

Called for a quote for having oil system replaced, price was great, set us up with company to have old oil tank removed, they were great, your company showed up on time impressed with the group of installers, I made comment about how all workers knew what each was supposed to do, they told me each of them knows what has to be done and any one of them could lead the team, had job completed and new heat in house by 3 PM. Great Job very Happy with them more

New Customer 4/14/2014

We bought our home last year and Sobieski was the contractor provided for that time through the builder agreement. We decided to continue the service because of their rapid response and quality of repairs. Sign up on line was easy. The customer service rep was courteous, professional, and very informative. more

Heating system restored quickly. 3/31/2014

My heating system on my new home was not working. Sobieski dispatched service technicians quickly ( < 1 hr). The technicians were able to quickly determine the problem ( clogged drain trap) and correct it. They also conducted a thorough check of other potential issues and found none. The technicians were very courteous and friendly and took the time to describe the details of their troubleshooting. more

Service was great 3/5/2014

Was surprised that a $25 part (ignitor) that has one screw and a wire attachment would cost $371 after a $53 coupon. Just a little high for a part I could have installed myself. more
