Reasonably pleasant 4/5/2012

Sorry to tell you this but I am one of the old folks that hates to buy a car because of the sales games and haggling that have to take place. My recent experience with Smicklas was reasonably pleasant but the air of sales games was still somewhat present. Overall... I would rate my recent experience at Smicklas fairly high. more

Pricey 3/15/2012

The customer service is always excellent at Smicklas and David Lovitt is alway good to work with. It just seems that the cost of repairing the vehicle is always so much. Yesterday I had some little part replaced in the air conditioner that opens the air direction door and it was almost 500.00. I like going to a dealership with my car but just feel like I can`t afford it anymore. I know an individual shop does not charge as much for labor and that really adds up. Other than cost I am always very pleased with the service there. more

Everything was great. We were down one vehicle and you guys were awesome enough to drive my wife who dropped off the vehicle in Mustang…which isn`t exactly close to Smicklas. Its customer service like that which will keep us coming back!!! more

EASIEST CAR PURCHASE 12/9/2011

I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED AT THE EASY OF PURCHASING THE CAR. I HAD NOT PURCHASED A CAR FOR 9 YEARS AND WAS EXPECTING THE WORST. I ALSO APRECIATED THE AFTER SALE FOLLOW UPS. THE SALESMAN... ARRON WAS NICE...PLEASENT... AND LISTENED TO US WHEN WE TOLD IM WHAT WE WANTED. THANKS. more

No pressure 11/18/2011

We had a very good experience while purchasing our new Chevrolet Malibu and really enjoyed working with Dave Russom. I think our greatest appreciation (other than the new car) was only having to deal with one person and not have a sense of being pressured to buy the car. I have bragged on our experience at Smicklas to everyone I have spoken with about the new car! Thank you. more
