Sorry to tell you this but I am one of the old folks that hates to buy a car because of the sales games and haggling that have to take place. My recent experience with Smicklas was reasonably pleasant but the air of sales games was still somewhat present. Overall... I would rate my recent experience at Smicklas fairly high.
