Try Smart Cleaning services. It's two sisters, and they do a fantastic job. They are also very nice and reliable. They bring their own supplies. This is a new business and very low tech - I'm sure they don't have a website. But I've used about 10 different housecleaners and services in Seattle through the years, and they're definitely the best I've found.
