Omg I cannot believe how RUDE and incompetent the owner of this store is, her name is Mary. My blood is boiling right now just writing this review!!! I have this beautiful, expensive maxi dress that i bought and it's too long. I brought this dress to this sh**ty silver glenn cleaners to hem it. I picked it up a few hours before my party where I was going to use the dress. When I got home after taking a shower, I realized the dress was still 4, not one, but 4 inches still longer!!!!!! I couldn't walk in it!!!! But how can this be when i tried it on in front of 1 of their staff and they measured so it will be the exact length that i want! I even wore the shoes I was gonna wear it with! So anyways i loved this dress so much that i just had to wear it that night so i ended up cutting it MYSELF a few mins just before my friends picked me up. UN freakin BELIEVABLE!!!
So i paid 20 freakin dollars ( for a 10 dollar job elsewhere ) for nothing!! It's like i threw away my money, and wasted all my energy just driving there to drop it off, then driving back to pick it up!!
And to top it off, a few days later i called to at least get some credits, and guess what?! That stupid Mary even yelled at me, did not let me talk and said she could not do anything about it, that they did their (sh**ty) job and of course they have to get paid for it!! She just went on and on and she didn't let me get a word in!! NASTY. They suck BIG time. I hope their business closes down because obviously they do not know the term "" customer service "" . Soo RUDE. Not only they ruined my expensive dress, she stressed me out and ruined my day. I hope i can give 0 stars, they don't even deserve 1.
