I waited 45 minutes in the airport before my shuttle left. Could have been home in 30 if I had taken a cab. Dispatcher said that was a frequent problem imposed by management decisionmaking. All in all, the trip took 3x as long as it would have if I had taken a cab, and for minor savings. Avoid the service unless your time means nothing to you, because cancellations must be done 24 hrs in advance, so you cannot adapt on the fly.
