I love Chinese food, so I was hoping to find a new place to experience, but....\r
\r
I wasn't impressed with the total lack of attention from the wait staff. Although the waiter was nice, he basically gave us a menu, took our order and disappeared for the rest of the evening. The place was small and there were maybe 4 other tables occupied, so I can't really imagine what else was occupying his time. I never saw him walk through the room to attend to the other patrons either.\r
\r
Then after our checks, he offered to box our food to take home and ended up giving us ALL the wrong food back. (Having realized it only after I arrived home, because the food was placed in a paper bag and vigorously stapled shut. Who does that?) It's not a big deal to me, but if someone had a food allergy and didn't realize the fact that their newly switched dish included seafood/peanuts/etc., there could be very serious complications and possibly fatal results.\r

The food itself was alright. I had Lo Mein. Mediocre Lo Mein. Not bland, but not something to stay with you and make you recommend a place to others. It's nothing to rave about, just run of the mill Chinese cuisine. I enjoy Chinese food throughly and I'm not picky, but this was just boring food. The portions are decent for the price. The atmosphere is nice, well decorated and cozy. The jazz playing louder than necessary was a bit distracting.\r
\r
Overall... if you've got plenty of time to waste and just want to try it out because you've never been, give it a try. Don't hold your breath.
Pros: Nice ambience, parking lot right next door, cozy.
Cons: Slow, almost non-existent wait staff, dimly light room to the point of stumbling over chairs/tables, mediocre food.
