Loved it!! 10/19/2006

They accepted walk-ins which was great seeing as I just needed a quick eyebrow wax. Mind you I was on my lunch break! I was in and out!! The staff was helpful and really nice. I was assisted by Jaime who gave me great advice on how to keep my brows looking neat!! Thanks!! Pros: great service Cons: parking!! more

Best facial in Seattle........ 10/18/2006

Today I had the best facial I have ever had! JAMIE at Market place salon is fantastic! She makes you feel so relaxed I just did not want it to end. My skin was so radiant and glowing after Jamie was done I looked ten years younger. The experiance was great I will go back to JAMIE for all my skin care needs. JAMIE your the greatest!!!!!!!!! more

Hair color 10/17/2006

I recently got my hair colored from blond to a deep chocolate brown by CARLA. It is the best color ever!! It is a great mix of colors so that it looks like my natural color. Carla did an awesome job and now i will always go to Carla for my color. It was exactley what I had pictured in my head/ more

My new salon! 8/1/2006

I decided to try this salon, after years of 'thinking about it'. I'd seen it while driving by, and checked out their website a few times, and was finally ready for a change, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm SO glad I did! JESSE did my hair, and my color was EXACTLY what I wanted. Every other time I'd gotten my hair colored, it was nice, but not exactly what I had pictured. JESSE was able to give me EXACTLY what I had in mind. He is also one of the FEW stylists who have been able to style my hair in a way that I dont have to run home and re-style it before it I can go out in public!! Long story short, JESSE is awesome, he's my new stylist, and I'm happy I made the change. more

I have been to the Market Place Salon several times and have had several of their services. Ever since my first visit they remember me and greet me by name, they always give me very personal and friendly service. I love being treated to the Aveda tea when I come in. I have had my hair cut and colored by Daniel and would recommend him to anyone. It is the best color and cut I have ever had. I have sent several of my friends to him and they have had the same experience. I have also had a facial, which I enjoyed very much, and a pedicure with Enjoli. She was great! They go out of their way to make every client feel very well taken care of. It is so nice to not have to go to Down Town Seattle to get this kind of salon service! -Jennifer more

After being referred to Market Place by several of my coworkers, I finally gave them a try for myself. I was pleasantly suprised from the moment I walked into the salon, to the moment I left. It not only is tastefully decorated, but is truly designed to pamper the guests that come in for a variety of treatments. It reminded me of a Gene Juarez-type of atmosphere, but much more personable and quaint. I ended up getting my hair cut, colored, and highlighted.. and to my delight.. I looked fabulous! The staff is so nice, I absolutely love the Aveda products, and I will definitely be back for more pampering in the future. My mother is now going too because she loved how my hair turned out!
