Don't waste you money!! The instruction doesn't meet the American Sailing Association standards; the instructors are sub standard and detached for the students. The equipment is substandard cast off from previous owners that are in constant state of repair and barly afloat.You can learn to sail from books and by being a crew member. This place has a failing business model and will gig you for things you don't need. And by all means don't sign anything! If you absolutely need an instructor HIRE A PROFESSIONAL that is coast guard rated.
