As the owner of Tim Koffler Fitness, a current Personal Trainer at the premier Club ZUM, and former fitness Director of the Seattle Athletic Club I have had the amazing opportunity to work with some of the best health/fitness professionals in Seattle. Keeping my body in optimal shape to both properly function in my career and achieve my own personal health/fitness goals weekly massage appointments are integral. Massage has long been a part of my life, both in giving to friends and receiving from friends and professionals. From experience, I know what “incredibly great massage” means. After a severe neck injury, I was blessed to find Erica and James at Massage Oasis. In conjunction with physical therapy and acupuncture, James and Erica are at the core of my recovery. I have a lot of trouble with my back and I was happy to be referred to a masseuse. Erica was friendly and welcoming and asked a lot of important questions before she got to work on my back. The room is relaxing and she gives you a choice of music and scented or unscented oil. I felt comfortable and my back was problem free for several months after the massage. I look forward to visiting her again, even though it means my back is suffering once more. more
