Proceed with caution with Schulte Construction. We purchased a home that Schulte did a major addition to the home. The roof had to be completely ripped off. It was installed completely wrong. The valleys were backwards, the flat roof was shorter than the plywood and not nailed down, the sewer was put in running uphill. I was told that the previous owner tried and tried to get them to correct what they did but they treated him horribly. He was an elderly man and they totally took advantage of him. Took his money and ran. Would never come back and correct. Family even said they believe Schulte intentionally did this shoddy work to "pay him back for complaining". Very sad to take advantage of an elderly man. We have spent thousands and still have not corrected all the problems. All of the professionals we have hired have been shocked at the disaster that Schulte left behind. Be safe, not sorry and find another company. There are plenty out there. Steer clear of this horrible company. more

Beware of Schulte Construction. I purchased a house they did an entire addition. The flat roof was improperly done and had been leaking behind the walls since installation. The plumbing was not done correctly and had to all be ripped out. They built the addition on top of the septic tank so now an entire new septic system must be installed. The roofer, plumber, septic and electrician who came to FIX the work of Schulte Construction said it was the worst work they have EVER seen. You would be much better off going with another company and get the work done correctly from the get-go. more

Shulte construction will provide you with some of the best construction work you will find. From small jobs to large jobs they are able to keep up with your demand. You can pass by many houses in Little Rock doing repair without passing by a Shulte sign. They do a great job, very professional and very quick. They also you offer you the bottom line for repair or construction, you're not going to over pay when going with them. We added an upstairs room transformed from an attic, it was the nicest room in the house afterward. I've only had a great experience from Shulte. more
