Proceed with caution with Schulte Construction. We purchased a home that Schulte did a major addition to the home. The roof had to be completely ripped off. It was installed completely wrong. The valleys were backwards, the flat roof was shorter than the plywood and not nailed down, the sewer was put in running uphill. I was told that the previous owner tried and tried to get them to correct what they did but they treated him horribly. He was an elderly man and they totally took advantage of him. Took his money and ran. Would never come back and correct. Family even said they believe Schulte intentionally did this shoddy work to "pay him back for complaining". Very sad to take advantage of an elderly man. We have spent thousands and still have not corrected all the problems. All of the professionals we have hired have been shocked at the disaster that Schulte left behind. Be safe, not sorry and find another company. There are plenty out there. Steer clear of this horrible company.
