They keep you in hold till your numb, then send you off with no paperwork Never would I recommend, I say RUN!!!

I bought new Taurus From Lee Newman, the car is awesome and LEE was great, if you are in the market for a new Ford or a used car you should ask for Lee. The service is TOP NOTCH at SARASOTA FORD. WE have bought a lot of cars in the past and this by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had. more

This dealership really impresses me. I'm a British night club owner that loves my toys and my F-150 Raptor that I purchased last year is just a phenomenal truck. I've been in for service twice and both times had a lovely experience. I will be using Sarasota Ford in the future. more

Well I bought my first new car, a 2011 Mustang GT premium. I bought this car 3 months ago and decided I should pass on my positive experience. The car is great and I give credit to Ford for that but the the buying experience was great also. I took a test drive and loved the car. Negotiations were simple and a good deal was on the table so I bought it. Yes, I'm a haggler always looking for the best deal and they came through without difficulty. I've also bought a used car from them about 8 years ago, so this is my second buying experience from Sarasota Ford. I have had minor warranty work needed and my service rep at the dealership took care of business and got me back to enjoying my new Mustang. more

Went in for an oil change 7/15/2011

Went in for an oil change and everyone was very kind and welcoming. Service was fast and done well. I bought my car here so I will continue to come back for the service on it. No problems with Sarasota Ford's service yet. more
