This Audi dealership is amazing! I bought an A4 from here for such a great price, and I am in love with this car. When I went there I really didn't have any particular car in mind, but talking with the salesmen there, I was able to find the perfect car for me! I couldn't be any happier. more

Very nice service 11/1/2011

We received very nice service here when we got our Q7. Every sales person we encountered was very helpful, they weren't competitive for our business, or at least it wasn't obvious. All around a good experience. more

Service is top notch 10/12/2011

I've been using this dealership to service about a dozen Audi's over many years dating back to when the service center was located in WLA. Don't confuse this business with the previous operation which was in the same location. I don't know anything about their sales organization, but the service department is top notch! more

Great service! 10/10/2011

I've shopped for cars about 8 times in my life, and every time has been torture. BUT, after meeting a great guy and sales person at this Audi lot, that all changed. Gil Feig was my salesman and he is kind, knowledgeable, patient and really worked hard to put me in the car i wanted. This is a clean and courteous shopping experience for me. one of the more enjoyable times buying a car. Ask for Gil, he's great and will take care of you just the same. Cheers. more

The service is excellent 10/7/2011

I had a very positive experience. Jake couldn't have been more accommodating. When I brought the car in, he told me they were backed up and he couldn't get the car out as quickly as I had hoped. But he immediately organized a rental car since I had an appointment in another part of town. I was personally called when the car was ready and the next day Jake called to follow-up and make sure everything was ok,. Excellent service and follow through. more

Service department 10/5/2011

I got my Audi here and also got the 4 year warranty. I must say the service here in the past time that I've been here has been really great. Ken Maryan has been scheduling me for appointments. He has been prompt to return my phone calls and get my vehicle ready by the time promised. I know that the service dept. doesn't offer courtesy pickup but Ken has always been thoughtful enough to offer them to me just in case. I was quite grateful the last visit because I would've been stranded otherwise. I know I'll be going back as long as Ken takes care of me. more

Great buying experience 10/4/2011

We went online and found out the car we were looking for Audi Q5 is very rare to get, so called around and start sending emails to few dealership around to get some pricing. Abtin Navab at Santa Monica Audi fleet manager responded with great pricing and even lock the rate for us, since we where going to buy this car. In mean while he continued contacting us with the updates and delivery date and all the other extras where delivered. Great experience and the car is exactly what I really wanted. Will do business with them again for our second car soon and highly recommended. more

We Loved Our Buying Experience 10/3/2011

My wife and I brought home a 2011 Q5 yesterday. We love the car and we loved our buying experience. The salesman was fantastic to work with and made the process smooth and painless. He's also hilarious and adds some fun to the delivery process. I recommend working with him. more

I had an excellent experience from Santa Monica Audi. I met a very personable and friendly sales associate named Max Pailet. Max was very knowledgeable about Audi's and extremely enthusiastic. Max is from New Orleans and moved to Los Angeles. Max made my experience leasing my 2011 Audi A4 exceptional. The service department is fantastic. Tim, one of the service adviser, is extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. more
