I had a very positive experience. Jake couldn't have been more accommodating. When I brought the car in, he told me they were backed up and he couldn't get the car out as quickly as I had hoped. But he immediately organized a rental car since I had an appointment in another part of town. I was personally called when the car was ready and the next day Jake called to follow-up and make sure everything was ok,. Excellent service and follow through.
