I had an excellent experience from Santa Monica Audi. I met a very personable and friendly sales associate named Max Pailet. Max was very knowledgeable about Audi's and extremely enthusiastic. Max is from New Orleans and moved to Los Angeles. Max made my experience leasing my 2011 Audi A4 exceptional. The service department is fantastic. Tim, one of the service adviser, is extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.
