I absolutely love Santa Monica Audi. THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a car in December after shopping on the internet. The sales people were helpful and Macaulay the operations guy and Sam the general manager made me feel like a VIP. Very helpful. If you are really busy and you don't want the typical car salesperson run around, these guys are straight and to the point. Also, I recently had to take my car in for service and they were amazing. I can't say enough nice things about these guys!\r more

I have been leasing an A4 from Santa Monica Audi for over 2 years and have had nothing but a good experience, both from sales and service. They have been always polite, efficient and responsive; scheduling maintenance is easy, they have a shuttle to drop you off (within 5 miles) after you leave your car, and the car always comes back washed and ready to go.\r more

I bought my Audi A4 from Santa Monica Audi, and use their service department for service checks, etc and have had only the best of care. They are courteous, friendly, fast, and do a fantastic job! They always handle any updates or recalls without my asking. I would highly recommend them, and will most likely buy my next car there. I haven't been this happy with a dealership ever!!\r more

Today I went to this place to buy a used car. While I was finishing the deal and discussing financing, the head salesman told me that they just sold the car to someone else.\r \r They had to go get the car in another lot in order to show it to me earlier , so I know that I was first in line. They just got a better deal with someone who saw the car while I was doing the paperwork.\r \r Can you believe this?\r \r I will never go back to this place.\r \r This idiots have lost a customer for life. As well as Audi. more

Helpful and Accommodating 5/21/2012

Sales person was extremely helpful and accommodating. We test drove the A3 3.2S and missed a turn onto the highway. He insisted that I made a u-turn and get on the highway. He assured me that this is what the A3 is made for! Not pushy at all. more

exceptional customer service 4/27/2012

I looked online for the car I wanted and was willing to travel within a 1,000 miles of SLC to purchase. I knew what I was looking for and had various options. I chose a 2009 Audi A4 from your lot because I knew Mary Anne would represent the transaction fairly and most important make the experience of buying a car sight-unseen and out of state a good one. I'm happy to report that Mary Anne delivered! She picked me up from LAX and helped me make the transaction smooth and enjoyable. Her training on the vehicles functionality was superb and her follow up was off the charts as she checked with me on several occasions through my drive back to SLC. I can't even begin to explain how satisfied with this company. Thanks again for everything. more

Finance dept was also fantastic. No hard selling on the extended warranties, paint protection, etc. I'd say I spent no more than a total of 2 hours from when I first arrived to when I drove off the lot in my new car. more

The sales manager at Santa Monica was by far the easiest and realest person over the phone and in person to deal with. He made it so simple and his price was the best right out of the gate. He made no attempts to bait and switch us and made the whole process so simple. I am very pleased with the car and the sales process they provided me with. more

Santa Monica Audi is the only place I take my car to get serviced. The workers here are highly knowledgeable and experienced, and do such fantastic work. I really wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more
