I've been doing business with Santa Fe for over a year now and have always been very satisfied. Had John H. out to the house yesterday for a furnace tuneup and he took the extra time to help mark my duct work to make sure my airflow was set correctly for each season. For him, it didn't seem like he wanted to be in and out and moving on to his next appointment, he really took the time to review, clean, and educate me on the system to make sure I'm getting the most benefit out of it and keeping the system running as long as it can.
