The price I got at SF honda was not the lowest, but Peter matched my lowest quote. The car has some upgraded feature and he still gave me a free maintenance voucher. more

San Francisco Honda ROCKS! My mom dropped her wedding ring in my car last weekend and both my dad and I spent a lot of time not finding it under the seats, carpet, and various nooks and crannies. I hit the dealership this morning and service consultant Aaron Wong looked in the ONE place we didn't think to, and there it was! And he didn't charge me for bringing the car in. He gave us the price we asked for (through research and comparisons) and squeezed just a little more that made the deal finalized for me. He tried to help me find the color of the car I wanted and was not content until I was happy. Our car buying experience at SF Honda.\r \r Our first car was a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid.( Great car btw ) Bought in 2007 at Oakland Honda.\r \r Last month we decided we need a second car because I needed to commute to school and work far from home.\r We had 2 cars in mind, 2013 Honda Cr-V & Mini Countryman\r \r Having owned a Honda, we know how liable the car is ,\r We decided to drive up to SF HONDA to see the cars and what offers they had.\r Right as we enter the premises we were greeted by CHRISTIAN SQUITTI, an italian sales guy with a heavy accent.\r \r We told him we did our research and wanted to look and test drive the 2013 CR-V. Within 5 minutes we were able to get in and drive the CR-V around the block. Christian went over all the pros and basic functions of the car. \r \r We left after the drive\r \r then the next day we gave Christian a call and told him we wanted a second look at the CR_V, he said "" no problem, come in"" so later that evening we went back to SF HONDA. As we waited for Christian to meet us, My mother decided to walk around the place to look at the cars in there showroom....then there it was.....the 2012 Acura RDX Turbo ( used) sitting in the far end of the lot. My mother's eyes lit up and said "" look at this beautiful car"" we called Christian over and he went over the pros and cons of the Acura. We compared both cars and Christian gave his opinion from a buyer stand point...\r \r ok long story short. we ended up buying the used Acura RDX from SF HONDA.\r Christian Squitti made our shopping and buying experience very pleasant . Every body working there knows to put on a smile and customer service seems good enough .\r also got our plates and pink slip within 2 weeks very fast!\r \r Oh we also got our 07 Honda Civic serviced at their service center. That was a 5 star experience as well. more

Mark H. did not put a hard sell on the car. He told me about the features as I was driving, was patient with my questions, and was super knowledgeable about the car. He also seemed like a real person. I know that is an odd thing to say but some of the dealers I worked with prior to Mark H. seemed almost mechanical in their pitches. Mark asked me what the lowest price was that I had been given so far. I told him and he said that that sounded reasonable and that he could likely come in slightly below that offer. From that point on, Mark was a man of his word. He worked with me and wrote dealer sheet that had exactly what we talked about printed on it. I was able to go home with the deal in writing to think and research more. Mark was communicative but not pushy. Long story short, I ended up buying form Mark (who was also super organized about the after market add-ins in the car and the delivery date) and would HIGHLY recommend him to others who are in the market for a new car. more

I was in the market for a new car because my previous car was totaled in a car accident. Was not anticipating to be back in the car market so soon. I got in contact with Jerry Melo of SF Honda through email and was shopping for the best price I can get. First thing to know, I hate sitting and negotiating at the dealership for hours on end. I'm a straight shooter. Shopped around for the lowest quote and which ever one was the lowest, that's the one I'll go with. Jerry offered the lowest price. Jerry walked us through the features and the various different options.I was in and out of the sales department and got my new car in a flash. Shopping with Jerry was a really easy process and it was a no pressure situation. I will be back to look for Jerry for my next Honda. more

Price compared San Francisco Honda with other dealers in the area through a car buying website. I had 5 or 6 dealers bidding for my business but I chose 3 out of the lot since they were closer to my home. San Francisco Honda was one of the first to bid and I counter their bid with one I thought was extremely low, but to my surprise they accepted it. I called them an arranged a pick up in about 8 days since I had to get my finances together since I was paying cash. I also didn't want any of those dealers add on options which he was would be no problem. I came into the dealership on our appointed day and I walked out with my car in less than 2 hours. Mr. Melo showed me somes of the features of the car and how they worked which was great. I signed all the paper work and was offered extended warranties and other dealer options and there was no pressure in purchasing them. In all, it was the best buying experience I had in purchasing a car.\r \r I have to tell you I did go to another dealship which was much closer to home but they would not match the offer. This dealship also adds certain options on all their cars before they put them up for sale. If you wanted to buy a car from them, you are stuck with all the options except for the Lo-Jack. They also told me they would not even look for what I wanted at the price. I must say that they did offer a car at that price but it was not the color I wanted and it appeared to be a demo since it had several hundres miles on it already.\r more

SF Honda let us test drive a car. It was not the color we wanted. When they got the right car they called us and held the car for a day before we got the message and called back. We had found a lower price and they matched it. They were great. Sales process was quick and easy. more

Absolutely the greatest car buying experience EVER. Seriously, I love them. I also love my 2011 Black Civic LX-S Sedan with the chrome package and the 100,000 mile Honda warranty and the 0.9% APR financing and the fact that they delivered it right to my door in Marin. Sweet. more
