we came back to SF Honda - Marcus was extremely personable, funny, knowledgeable, patient and overall fantastic! He gave us the price we asked for (through research and comparisons) and squeezed just a little more that made the deal finalized for me. He tried to help me find the color of the car I wanted and was not content until I was happy. He sat us through a long tutorial at the end with the car's technological capabilities and did not service another customer until we were finished.
