First of all, after a couple of months of my things being in storage, there was a layer of black dust covering everything. Unbelievable. When I complained, the a**hole manager just shook his head. Then, on the day I was removing my things, they were closing at 2:30 and I went over by 5 minutes. He kept complaining to me that they were closing and I was going back on my promise of finishing before 2:30. What a j*rk. The only positive thing I can say is that they are located in a central place. Other than that, don't give them your business.
