I felt lucky to get anyone to come out on Super Bowl Sunday! He was very efficient, neat and did a great job + was very nice too.

Worst

For timeliness, courtesy, capability and neatness, Southwest is on target; however, in hind sight I paid way too much for the job. I had Southwest repair a short collapsed section...

Made a call - and they were here 5/26/2011

Had a problem - made a call - and they were here. The personnel sent out diagnosed the problem, suggested what needed to be done to correct the situation and scheduled the very next day to complete the work. They kept in touch, notified us when they were arriving and stayed until the job was completed. It was a good experience. I would recommend South West Plumbing to my friends. more

I needed a plumber! 5/5/2011

I needed a plumber! No one wants to call a plumber but I needed one bad. I had seen the trucks and the TV commercials so I decided to give them a call. My toilet was overflowing and would not stop! The guys showed up right away and figured out that my sewer was backed up. They told me that they thought that it must be the city main because the water just kept coming. The younger guy ( an apprentice i guess) started cleaning up the mess while the other one investigated the problem. In minutes he came back in and said that the city sewer was full and that he had called the city and they were on the way.When the city cleared their line my problem went away. The plumber did say that the lines in my house should be cleaned because they had been filled with the city sewage. It all made sense so I had them do the work.My charges were under $500.00 and I was glad to pay it. I could have been taken advantage of and would have signed anything to get my sewer fixed. It is refreshing to know that South West Plumbing cared more about me than taking my money. Thank you South west I will call again more

I am a happy customer 4/27/2011

I called SW because of a $69 off coupon I got in the mail. Steve P from southwest plumbing and his excellent helper did a good job for me. They snaked out my kitchen line and stayed to the quoted price of $200. (after coupon). There was no charge for an estimate and it was not hourly. I had serious root problems in my drainage. They were clean, intelligent, uniformed, on time, and friendly. Steve had a diagram on his iphone of all the plumbing on my street in advance. I am going to ask for Steve P and his helper again next time if I ever need. I am a happy customer. more

Timely and efficient 4/21/2011

I just wanted to give a very appreciative thank you for the great work your guys did for me today. After trying to snake a drain in my house’s crawl space unsuccessfully, I knew I was going to have to contact a pro. My girlfriend had a kitchen magnet of yours and I figured, why not? After two days of our toilet and bathtub backing up into one another, I was freaking out on a Monday night after a very long day. When I finally called, your dispatcher called back promptly and made an appointment for the next day. The next morning, another dispatcher called to say the guys were on their way and would be at my house in about 20 minutes. Richard and Mario arrived right on time and quickly and correctly assessed my situation. Less than 8 hrs. later, we were good to go again and with no extra charges over the original estimate. It’s rare these days to find competent people in any field and it was just a real pleasure having your guys take care of us in such a timely and efficient manner. I will recommend your company to everyone. thanks again and keep up the great work! more

southwest plumbing is a knowledgable and dependable company. The quality of work is outstanding and the price is accordingly. you can live by this quote " cheap work aint good and good work aint cheap". a lot of this complaints are coming from the mouths of people that dont reaize the years of training each plumber recieves along with the licenses and other certifications he acquires. the prices are generated not only by the price of material but also extensive warrantys and not to mention the extremely high costs of running a business... along with a huge liablity.. use your head before you open your mouth more
