VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!! 2/6/2008

Rush's Bridal was a very nice store. I liked that I was helped one on one, and they had a huge selection. Though the gowns were above my price range, the sales person was very helpful in showing me their selection of dresses in their sample room. They were brand new dresses for a discounted price. I didn't end up finding my perfect dress, but was so pleased with their service that I came back with my bridesmaids to order and we got a great price! I would recommend this to anyone! Pros: Great service, large selection Cons: No parking validation more

Great Service and Selection 1/25/2008

Rush's Bridal had a great selection and service. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I found the perfect dress I was looking for! If you want a great expierence go to Rush's. The staff payed attention to what you were looking for and wanting, they were helpful and gave great suggestions. Pros: Top designer brands more

Great Selection & Price, Top-notch Customer Service 1/23/2008

I love Rush?s Bridal!!! They are completely awesome ? top to bottom. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I made an appointment for a Saturday my first visit in ? we were looking at bridesmaid and bridal gowns. I wanted shorter (knee to tea length gowns) for my bridesmaids and they had a wonderful selection. We found a beautiful dress that all 6! of my girls loved ? ordered and sized right away. The staff was also very experienced in measuring so that there would not be any outrageous alterations. Pros: Great Selection and Staff, Wide variety of Prices, Quality Gowns more

best selection and experience i had anywhere... 1/23/2008

i've read some pretty unfavorable reviews here, and i'm writing because my experience was so much better than the experiences i had at other 4 shops in the twin cities that i visited. I made and appointment by phone and when i arrived at rush's, i was greeted warmly by a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. I was shown a number of gowns in my price range and within the style I wanted. The place was neat and clean and had good lighting. yes, parking can be an issue downtown, but my visit was worth the cost of parking. They even had complimentary feminine hygiene products in their bathrooms! my salesperson never seemed inpatient and when she didn't know an answer to something, she found another employee who did. What i learned is that the price of gowns at Rush's starts at around $800 for wedding gowns and $125 for bridesmaid dresses -- this is somewhat high, but if a bride wants to pay less there is also a cash and carry section with discounted gowns. Because it?s by appointment, I had one on one personal service the entire time. I found their selection to be the best of any of the 4 stores I visited. anyway, i was finally brought a gorgeous gown that was love at first sight for me. i purchased the gown and can't wait until it arrives... my wedding is this May and I had a wonderful experience at Rush's. Pros: store was clean and neat, salespeople were very knowledgeable Cons: parking can be expensive as it is located downtown more

Avoid It 9/2/2007

Rush's was the third store in the Twin Cities I went to and was my worst experience. They are very strict on only allowing you to pull four gowns at a time - this means you have to keep waiting for them to hand you a gown, you have to hand yours back, and then you have to go back out time and time again to get more dresses. Did they think I was going to steal one? What was with the strict policy? I found the customer service to be lackluster and didn't feel they had anything exceptional in their selection. They do carry some of the higher end lines, but it was such an uncomfortable experience there from start to finish that I was glad to leave. more

Not the Best! 6/5/2007

This is the second bridal store I visited and did not have good luck. I did not have a sales lady helping me and the staff just talked with each other. I did not find what I was looking for and did not have the best experience. I would not advise people to check this store out. Not a fan... Cons: Poor Service, Parking Issues more

Not the Best Service 5/20/2007

I could take or leave going to this store again. The service was mediocre and I could not find a dress in my price point. I had better experiences elsewhere. Not reccommended. Cons: Poor Service more

Was NOT Impressed 10/10/2006

I was not a huge fan of this store. I am a plus size woman and could not try on any of the samples in my dressing room. The sales lady kept bringing in size 8 dresses and would insist that they would fit. I am a size 16 and knew they were going to be to tight. The sales lady kept pushing me into trying on these sizes. By the time I left the store I was in tears. I was really hoping to find a dress there, but with my experience there, I will never be back. Cons: pushy sales people, not helpful more

I was very unhappy with rush's bridal 5/31/2006

i went to rush's bridal because the first wedding store went bankruped we lost our down payments and dresses. we went to rush's they had the same wedding dress, brides maids, and flower girl dresses we ordered the dresses. A few weeks later we got the dresses. everyone picked up their dresses we got them all together and every dresse was a diffrent shade we brought them back colors were ok but their were oil stains all over the dresses we brought them back 2 more time i had 1-1/2 weeks left until my wedding (500 guests) they offered to send the dresses back 1 more time not guarentee anything i told them no i wanted my money back. we ended up buying the dresses off jcpenny's rack in roseville and had to get alterations done in 1 week. I was very angry and upset after dealing with rushes Cons: no dresses, unhelpful, customer service more

I love my dress! 9/27/2004

I went to 5 shops to buy my dress and it is true that I didn't get a great customer service experience story there, but I am a woman who doesn't really want a lot of help and I don't want people constantly pestering me. What I did find was a couteous staff and the best prices on gowns. As I figured out what I liked and could form specific questions, they were very helpful and really stepped up to the plate to help all of the ordering. On their website, you can even ask for a price quote on a specific dress! That is amazing! No gown business does that! Overall, I would recommend this shop with the warning that they have a very Midwestern attitude and will help gladly when asked. Pros: PRICES, Large sample sale, Relaxed environment Cons: , No appt's more

Angry Consumer 1/6/2003

The bridal consultant that I delt with @ Rush's was not helpful. She did not ask what I wanted. She gave us a dressing room in a back corner room. My sister had a splint on her left hand, making zipping dresses very difficult. She didn't ask if we needed help, and didn't ask if I wanted to see a veil or a headpiece. She did not appear to know or care about what she was doing. We became very angry after 10 minutes. On our way out we saw that the dressing rooms in the front were 3x the size of ours. Here is a tip for Rush's Bridal: Make sure your staff makes customers feel welcome, and get rid of the two back dressing rooms. I would have preffered to wait for a larger room than to be treated like my buisness was not wanted. Angry Consumer Pros: Location Cons: Service Poor, Atmosphere more

Unanswered Prayer 11/26/2002

I wanted to make an appointment or at least talk to a human voice about what kind of thing I was looking for, but the phone went straight to an automated recording talking about the store hours. I called on a Tuesday afternoon when it was supposedly open, but no one ever answered the phone. Rush's has now lost business because I couldn't get through to anyone there! How frustrating!!! more
