I went into this store since I work downtown. I was suprised by how little they have in the store. The wedding dresses looked like samples that you had to buy. I was not interested in a sample, so I looked at a few and left. more

Can't even make an appt 4/1/2011

I have tried calling Rush's Bridal a few times and have not had any success on getting thru to someone to set up and appt. this is very discouraging.. It says on their website that making an appt would be best, how do they expect to do that if they do not answer their phones. I don't get it and have chosen to give up and make appst elsewhere. more

No Sales Help to Assist 12/5/2010

Rush's Bridal was the first store I visited and what a disappointment this was. I had little to no help and was ignored until I had a dress that I was slightly interested in. I felt like they did not want to help me until I was ready to buy. I left without a dress and with a bad first shopping experience. more

I am writing to let you know how very much I appreciate all that you and Katherine did for me. As Katherine may have told you, I left my daughters Veil behind when I went to their Hotel room to take her dress home so she could leave in the early morning for her honeymoon. I called the Hotel the next day and to my dismay, no veil was found. ( It was a short thin veil with a small headpiece and might not have been felt through the bag where it hung.) I can not tell you how terrible I felt about this. I could not come up with the words to tell my daughter about my leaving her veil behind. I had offered to have the dress heirloom boxed for her so I had a little time to hopefully find a replacment for her. I called your store and talked with Katherine. The dress and veil had been purchased from your store back in August of 1999 and I was not sure that they even made that particular veil any longer. Katherine went out of her way to find the original receipt and found that they did still offer the veil and then you ordered it for me and I had it in my hands in 4 days. I am eternally grateful to both of you for your understanding of my situation and for your courteous and kind customer service. If you would please send this along to Mr. Rush as I would like for him to know what a wonderful staff I think he has. I thought of no where else but your store to bring my daughter for her gown purhase and will recommend your store highly to those who are in the market for a gown. more

My Wedding day was March 27, 2010... Net bride played an important role in my Day. When I put my dress on I felt and looked like a princess. It was well made, fitted great. looks better in real life! 10/6/2010

I received my wedding gown on Friday! It is absolutely beautiful! Even better than I could have ever imagined-and looks better in real-life than the picture!! Fits like a glove, I will just have to have the train bustled. Special thanks to you Laura for answering all my questions and for the amazing service. I will definitely recommend NetBride to all my friends. Will send you some wedding pics as soon as the Big day is over(its on the 24th of April). Thank you once again-I am sooo pleased! Cant wait to wear it on the special day. more

Terrible Experience! 9/29/2010

After finding some a great dress at their store for a good price I was excited about my soon to be Rush bridal experience. But it all went downhill from there. Buying the dress was a great experience, but everything after that was awful. After letting them know the Bridesmaids were in different cities (outside of Minneapolis) they recommended getting all of the dresses here at Rush's and then I could give the dresses to them at the engagement party when they are all together. (no need to ship them). Well, the dresses showed up days after the engagement party so there was no way to hand deliver the dresses before the wedding. Not a big deal, as long as we can still get the dresses to them in time to have alterations done. (tick - tock!) After the dresses came in I went into the store to ask about the options to get them to my bridesmaids, which most of them are in Canada. Worried about the timing and price I asked if they would ship them for free for not meeting the time line we had hoped up front. They said no. Not even a sorry it didn't all work at the right time, but we can't pay for it. Just a flat out NO. Ok, well with no other options but to ship them I asked how much? Linda (store manager I guess) said $50. Knowing that items typically cost more then $50 to get across the border I asked several more times the same question - $50? Is that a total price? Nothing else? - Linda said Nope. Flat rate. Wow, that sounded great. I paid the $50 and left the store. Well, turns out it wasn't $50. It was almost $200. The $50 we paid up front and the $140 my bridesmaid had to pay COD in-order to get the dresses when they were delivered! I was so embarrassed and completely pissed-off. When I called the store to get a refund on the $140 additional costs to get the dresses to Canada (I figured it was just a huge mistake on their part) they told me they couldn't do anything about the $140 in additional charges. They didn't even apologize for it happened. Linda told me, over the phone, ""it's not our fault"" ""we won't refund the money to you"" ""you can talk to the owner if you want to"" What kind of customer service is that? Not even an apology? It was so frustrating. Lind just kept talking on the phone, explaining why it wasn't their fault. She wouldn't even listen to my explanation. Who taught her how to work with customers? Oh and we ordered the Groomsmen ties through Rush's as well and they arrived late.... Big shocker... Overall it was just an awful experience once the dresses were purchased. SO HAPPY 9/24/2010

I heard the great reviews of netbride through reviews and forum posts so I decided to reach out and see what they could do for my bridesmaid dresses. I casually reached out to ask for a quote on the dresses my girls and I fell in love with (Jordan 723) thinking they would be maybe $5-10 in difference. Well a few hours later I had the quote they beat all the stores in a 75 mile radius by $70!!! Plus no sales tax and cheap shipping. I was sold!! I quickly purchased the dress I was told it could take up to 4 months and some of the reviews said they got theirs right on the deadline date. Well it only took a month and a half. The dresses are gorgeous!! Exactly what they tried on in the stores. The sizes were very true to what was on the sizing chart. I cant say how happy I am (my girls too for saving money) for finding this company and what a pleasure Laura and her associates are to work with. I can only hope you guys use this company as you will save so much money and be happy with the service! more

Large selection of gowns 9/9/2010

They have a large selection of gowns. The customer service, though, was incredible. I would send anyone here based on how friendly and accomodating they were. You feel important coming here, in an old school way. Older people working here who have been in the business a long time, not some 16-year-old who doesn't care about her job. more
