I went to 5 shops to buy my dress and it is true that I didn't get a great customer service experience story there, but I am a woman who doesn't really want a lot of help and I don't want people constantly pestering me. What I did find was a couteous staff and the best prices on gowns. As I figured out what I liked and could form specific questions, they were very helpful and really stepped up to the plate to help all of the ordering. On their website, you can even ask for a price quote on a specific dress! That is amazing! No gown business does that! Overall, I would recommend this shop with the warning that they have a very Midwestern attitude and will help gladly when asked.
