I was very impressed with the prices! After seeing many adds on Craigslist with great prices, I stopped in the store and couldn't believe the prices on other items as well. I purchased an Ashley sectional sofa that normally retails at Ashley for $1,200 for $750!!!! Can't beat that! He ordered it right from the Ashley warehouse while I was there talking to him and we picked it up two days later, still wrapped in plastic and cardboard. (The delivery charge is only $60 if you don't have a vehicle big enough). While I was there picking up my sectional, I saw two end tables that were perfect for my new sectional. I asked how much and when I could pick them up, and he offered to sell me the store models already put together for $150! Nice marble and iron end tables. Very sturdy! I just saw an add on Craigslist for wood bunk beds with stairs for $139 this week only! I'll be stopping in on Friday to purchase 2!!!! See you soon Ruelles!!! more

Me and my wife went to check out the furniture store looking for some bunk beds and a sofa set after seeing so many adds and good deals on craigslist ! I was not sure if i wanted to shop with them after seeing some of the reviews. We decided to go and check it out anyway and we found such good deals and very reasonable prices. We mentioned about the reviews to them and they told us we serve over 200 customers a month. They did mention that custumers that were completly satisfied wuld not take even one minute to write a good review about them but the 1% of customers that are unsatisfied would spend hours talking about his experience ! so I told them that if i was pleased with the service i recived i would fairly take time to write my experience with them ! which was that we got a good deal and complete service< and every thing was done on the time they promised !! ***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY*** 8/5/2011

I ordered a mattress through them and they said it would take 3 weeks to come in. About 3 1/2 weeks later I had to call, and they told me it would be in that Friday, but that I should call just to make sure (they at least admit that it's unlikely that they will remember to call you...guess they don't use outlook calendars or anything). When I called on Friday, they said the next Tuesday or Wednesday. When I called on Tuesday, they put me off yet again. With that, I asked what sort of compensation I could expect for the bad service if it was more than 2 weeks later than expected. I was told I would get a call back about that, but of course never did. When I called the next day, I was told that the company they ordered my mattress through would only make deliveries if there was a large order, so they didn't know when my mattress would come in, they tried to give me $50 off the $700 purchase price. That pretty much felt like a slap in the face to me, so I said no and that I'd just take the refund. They said it would take 2-3 days to show up to my account. I was not surprised 3 days later when I didn't see any sort of credit to my account. Of course a call was made and they weren't sure why it hadn't gone through. Though I should check again the following Monday. Monday came around and no credit. We were leaving for vacation so a week went by before they got another call from me. The manager proceeded to tell me that he had to wait 14 days to issue the refund in case there was a dispute...so apparently the 2-3 day promise was BS, again, not surprising. After some serious complaining, he agreed to talk to his ""office manager"" who is likely a bogus person, to get him to issue the refund that day, and that I should see it in another 2-3 days. We were approaching the 60 day (since the purchase was made) mark, so I decided to call my cc company and dispute the charge. Thankfully I did that b/c the cc company said that charges couldn't be disputed more than 60 after the purchase/payment!! Thankfully Amex has credited our account and is taking care of this for us! Ruelles offered some great deals, but the service is so aweful, it just isn't worth it. more
