Me and my wife went to check out the furniture store looking for some bunk beds and a sofa set after seeing so many adds and good deals on craigslist ! I was not sure if i wanted to shop with them after seeing some of the reviews. We decided to go and check it out anyway and we found such good deals and very reasonable prices. We mentioned about the reviews to them and they told us we serve over 200 customers a month. They did mention that custumers that were completly satisfied wuld not take even one minute to write a good review about them but the 1% of customers that are unsatisfied would spend hours talking about his experience ! so I told them that if i was pleased with the service i recived i would fairly take time to write my experience with them ! which was that we got a good deal and complete service< and every thing was done on the time they promised !!
