Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

One week after moving into our new house, we had a drain problem. Roto-Rooter sent a crew out the same day and accessed the problem for us. Over the course of two days, we had several different members of the Roto-Rooter crew come to our house to fix the problem. This morning I called roto rooter for service to my parents house in Sunrise Florida. First of all the dispatcher told me that someone could be there within the hour. That was awesome since the problem was with their toilet. Alex and his coworker Aubry showed up introduced themselves and went to examine the work. They were professional and knowledgeable providing me with several intervention options with pricing based on complexity of work and equipment needed to complete the job. No hidden costs no surprises!! I was thrilled, they kept me informed all the way even allowing me to take a peek at their camera while they searched for the blockage point. They were able to finish the job and then proceeded to "" clean up their mess"" now I was surprised and overjoyed. Honestly how many workers clean up after themselves? \r I will always use roto rooter I do think they are a little pricey but worth it for the professionalism and competence of their workers. Called at 12 30 AM set an appointment for 9a-11a at 830 a they called and said a tech was on the way would be here in 30-45 min. Beris was were by 9am and accessed the situation. Told me that we had two ways to go for $550+ OR FOR 390+ and he felt good we could be successufl with the less expensive. We went back and forth between my two bathrooms and made sure that both toliets worked well and that both the shower and the tub drained fully. He took his time and explained to me what he was doing, and what the possible outcomes could be. For what is really a shitty situation Beris made it possible for me to relax and see the positive side and know that it was being fixed right and not just a quick fix.. My toilet and shower were backing up last Saturday morning. I called Roto Rooter and a technician, Alisa, arrived very soon afterwards and was able to clear the blockage and provide advice on steps to avoid future issues. A very good professional and fast service. more

I did the mistake of flushing ""disposable"" wipes down the drain. After a while the water started backing up. My father in law was trying to plunge the toilet bowl but then it started backing up in the bath tub. Adam from Roto- Rooter came out last night and did a great job unclogging what I clog. He explained to us that even though they say they are flushable , he reommends just to throw them out in a plastic bag. I truly recommend using Roto-Rooter. more

We had a problem with our drain system the night before, we called them in the morning and they came right away. Great service, very thorough, but a little pricey. However, it being our first time using them it was excellent service, they were quick when others were taking longer to come by to see the problem. I would definitely call them again without thinking twice. more

amazing service, we were kind of afraid about the amount to pay, but considering they came with they own tools, and the time spend for, the job price was extremely reasonable, we are very happy to have a ""home"" again after the three miserable days my husband tried to be plumber with out any positive results \r yea right! live this job for the experts, they came,I explained even with my broken English they listened ,and right away they fulgurated the problem and fixed...., thank you so much now I can do my laundry safe, knowing that the water wont back up to my shower or toiler .....SO YES I WOULD RECOMMEND ""ROTO-ROOTER TO ALL OF MY NEIGHBOORS AND FREINDS more

We called Roto-Rooter at 7:30 am for an issue we were having. We were informed that someone would be here around 8-9 am. At 8:30 there was a knock at our door and we had 2 very polite service men. They took care of our problem within an hour and had great conversations with myself and my husband. They have great customer service and gave us great tips on how to prevent the problem again. I would recommend them to all of my friends. more

I was very happy with the plumber that was sent out to repair my leaking commode. The price was extremely reasonable. I had an experience with Art Plumbing a few years ago and it was the same problem in my other bathroom. Art Plumbing charged me over $700.00 for the same service....a leaking seal. My Dad who could not understand what was going on ok'd them to do the work which they were suppose to call me but did so only after they had done the work. The excuse I was given was we charge by the job. Come on guys you charge elderly people who are on fixed incomes this type of prices??? I will never use Art Plumbing for anything again. Roto-Rooter has very professional, customer service friendly people with reasonable prices. Thank you again for your professional services. more
