I was very happy with the plumber that was sent out to repair my leaking commode. The price was extremely reasonable. I had an experience with Art Plumbing a few years ago and it was the same problem in my other bathroom. Art Plumbing charged me over $700.00 for the same service....a leaking seal. My Dad who could not understand what was going on ok'd them to do the work which they were suppose to call me but did so only after they had done the work. The excuse I was given was we charge by the job. Come on guys you charge elderly people who are on fixed incomes this type of prices??? I will never use Art Plumbing for anything again. Roto-Rooter has very professional, customer service friendly people with reasonable prices. Thank you again for your professional services.
