Review content:
This morning I called roto rooter for service to my parents house in Sunrise Florida. First of all the dispatcher told me that someone could be there within the hour. That was awesome since the problem was with their toilet. Alex and his coworker Aubry showed up introduced themselves and went to examine the work. They were professional and knowledgeable providing me with several intervention options with pricing based on complexity of work and equipment needed to complete the job. No hidden costs no surprises!! I was thrilled, they kept me informed all the way even allowing me to take a peek at their camera while they searched for the blockage point. They were able to finish the job and then proceeded to "" clean up their mess"" now I was surprised and overjoyed. Honestly how many workers clean up after themselves? \r
I will always use roto rooter I do think they are a little pricey but worth it for the professionalism and competence of their workers. I received exceptional service today from Alex and Aubry from the Deerfield Beach office.
