Called at 12 30 AM set an appointment for 9a-11a at 830 a they called and said a tech was on the way would be here in 30-45 min. Beris was were by 9am and accessed the situation. Told me that we had two ways to go for $550+ OR FOR 390+ and he felt good we could be successufl with the less expensive. We went back and forth between my two bathrooms and made sure that both toliets worked well and that both the shower and the tub drained fully. He took his time and explained to me what he was doing, and what the possible outcomes could be. For what is really a shitty situation Beris made it possible for me to relax and see the positive side and know that it was being fixed right and not just a quick fix..
