I would like to thank Roto Rooter so much I live near the Newark,NJ area and from the telephone call to the plumbers the service was excellent I could not believe how energetic and friendly everyone wre you just can't find that anymore thanks again and I would tell and use your service again. more

I was quite pleased with the service from Roto-Rooter. When the plumber (Manuel) unclogged my toilet, he was polite & helpful. He explained the cause for a recurring stoppage and ultimately recommended a newer toilet bowl since my outdated toilet lacked pressure. However, he never pressured me to have him do the work immediately, especially after I explained that I'd probably do the work myself when I remodel the entire bathroom. This is not the first time I've called Roto-Rooter, and it won't be the last. more

My downstairs bathroom bowk was stopped up and leaking, I had used Rotor Router before and called. Patrick k#41-7257 came to my home. He performed the needed service explanning everything in detail and the costs involved. He performed all the tasks and gave me discounts on the work performed, I was very pleased with the service and given peace of mine. I will use Roto Rooter agin if the need arrises. more

When our toilet overflowed with the worst sewerage anyone could have imaged, we called Roto-Rooter for help. The Plummer they sent, Eugene (#2382), quickly arrived at our house and analyzed the problem. I have to believe that Eugene is one of the best Plummers in the United States because he not only fixed our overflowing toilet quickly, but his confidence and kind personality gave us hope and comfort almost immediately upon his arrival. I had rotor-rooter come by to help splve a problem I was dealing with for a week or so. After attempting to fix it myself, I contacted rotor-rooter for an estimate. A plumber named Patrick showed up promptly and offered a solutiuon for a reasonable price. In addition to fixing my plumbing, I also received helpful advice for future maintinance. Our sewer line was cleaned and the clogged was removed! They did a fantastic job and no mess. The plumbers (Newark) were great and explained to us what was going on the whole time. The only negative i would say is the time they got to us. I made an appt for 1pm and they arrived at 3. When we called to asked what's going on they said they had a 2hr window but i wasn't told that when i made the appt the day before. Overall, the service was good and would def use them again @ our home in Woodbridge. more

Mario is the best Plumber in Newark. I called because my sump pump was creating a mini swimming pool in my lawn. When Mario arrived he said it was probably a clogged drain. He was right. It took him 4 times using the power snake but he got it. Keep in mind that there was a good 6 inches of snow and ice on the lawn and we had to dig down to the drain but as Mario said, He doesn't give up easy. He and Roto-Rooter are the best plumbers in Newark. more

I had a tub so clogged water would not go down. Roto-rooter got here when they said they would, cleaned it out fast, and the man even cleaned the tub. Fantatsic job and will use them for all my plumbing needs more

I used their plumber srvs & they were gret! The best srvc Ive rec'd in a looooong time. Even in the middle of a storm, the plumber (Jenner) was very efficient and professional. I will def use their srvcs again (hopefully no time soon :) more

Mike and Joshua (name might be wrong) came to our house this morning and did a great job on unclogging a very cogged drain. They were kind, considerate and explained everything that they did. I am glad that we called them first when we needed a plumber by Newark NJ!!!!! more

The plumber, PJ from 40 Clinton street office in Newark arrived on time with a big smile on his face and an eagerness to help me with my problem. We had a slow water drain on our washing machine, PJ diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and had the equipment setup within 15 minutes to correct the problem. While he was working on the drain, he made sure to check a few other areas so there were no other major issues to impact his solution to the problem. He worked quickly and diligently to clean the drain, and did follow up checks around the house to make sure we had no issues with the work he performed. After cleaning, PJ checked the drain 3 times so he knew he corrected the problem. As I worked in retail with the public for 11 years, I was very impressed with PJ's professional demeanor and personable nature. both attributes are hard to come by with todays' workforce. I would consider this a total customer satisfaction experience, and with this as my first try with roto-rooter, I will contact this office again for any future plumbing work I may need, AND will spread the good word of the "rooters" to any one asking if I know a good plumber.
