I was quite pleased with the service from Roto-Rooter. When the plumber (Manuel) unclogged my toilet, he was polite & helpful. He explained the cause for a recurring stoppage and ultimately recommended a newer toilet bowl since my outdated toilet lacked pressure. However, he never pressured me to have him do the work immediately, especially after I explained that I'd probably do the work myself when I remodel the entire bathroom. This is not the first time I've called Roto-Rooter, and it won't be the last.
