Joe does a great job and is a very nice guy, he remembers his last call to the house (5 years ago!) and is clear about costs, options, etc.

Worst

Service tech arrived about around 9am and was gone by 9:30am. Total charge $290.18 (including tax) for clearing a clogged sink drain. Hourly rate $530 - highway robbery for a plum...

Great Service 8/27/2011

This is not the first time I have called Roto-rooter. Nor will it be the last. Just as in previous times, this experience was terrific. The response was quick. They dispatch kept me informed. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done well. The price was more than fair. Thank you very much. I will turn to Roto-rooter again. more

Great service 11/9/2010

I realized around 10:00 AM this morning that my kitchen sink faucets were leaking even worse and there was water coming down to the basement. I called Roto-rooter and they let me know someone would be coming . They called me twice more to keep me updated on the whereabouts of the plumber they had dispatched (he had a longer job than expected) and then Brett came about a couple of hours later. I am very happy with the service that he provided and very thankful for his explanations of the problem . He was very careful to find the most financially adequate solution.He replaced the parts on our wall-mounted faucets and even guaranteed his work for the next 6 months. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and neighbors. more

Super fast response, very professional tech. Well done 4/10/2010

We live in a Senior Park, our mobile home is 30 plus years old, needless to say with issues. We woke up early am with a flooded kitchen, sink drain was stopped up, tried to clear it, couldn't, called around and decided on Rotor Rooter, fast, within the hour, got an estimate and the work started, it wasn't easy, but finally after figuring out the layout of the pipes and snaking out 50' feet of cable it was cleared, it took a few hours but I'm completely satisified, Thanks Pros: +fast, competitive pricing, we checked ! good work Cons: Cons are on us, trying to clear stoppage, wasted money more

I wasn't ready for this, but who is? We had an issue where I pipes were backed up and had waste coming back up through our downstairs toilet every time someone used another in the home. I woke up to an awful mess. I called and the order taker took my information and said that someone would be at my home within 2 hours. Well, there was a bit of a delay, as the call prior to mine took a little longer than expected. However, Roto-Rooter called me 2 times while I was waiting to update me and let me know that they were sorry for the delay. I never felt out of the loop. 2 hours and 45 minutes from when I called, John Martin knocked on my door. He was a very kind man, walked through my home and assessed the issue, told me what it would cost to fix it, knew precisely what he needed to do to remedy the issue, and then had me sign once I knew exactly what needed to be done. He even gave me the worst case scenario complete with price which always makes me feel good. John did his job exactly as he said he would and it took exactly how long he said. Thanks for the great service, Mike! Leaky faucet was replaced in the kitchen, leaks under the sink were taken care of, and leak in the bathroom was fixed as well. Mike Doll gave great attention to our needs and was friendly and prompt in his service. We'll definitely call on you again for our plumbing needs! Pros: Friendly, efficient and completed the job more

What a great company. Our water heater broke at 6:30 on a Sunday morning. Roto Rooter came out and had it fixed right away. Thank you so much for your professionalism and being there to save the day! Pros: Came out within an hour more

Great company 10/25/2009

Steve Smith came to my house around 8:30 p.m. to look at my clogged main line and was very helpful and told me what needed to be done and was very happy to answer any questions I had. He snaked the main line and pulled out rootsfrom the drain. they were over 5 feet in length, he cleaned up all the area when he was done, I would and already have recomended Steve and Roto Rooter. Within three hours of finding that my main line was backed up the job was finnished, clean and stress free. Thanks alot for your service Bradley Thomas of Everett Was. Pros: on time, came when they said Cons: nothing I can think of more

They were very fast coming which was great, but the amount that I was quoted verbally wasn't remotely what the bill was. I feel I was mislead and taken advantage of. How can it cost $300 labor for less than 1/2 hour work? I won't use them again. more
