Thank you there was a problem with my tank they I called they came in no time. They checked out everything fixed the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly.

They've always been good at fixing things after a refuel for no additional cost. But when they do charge you, their prices are still pretty low :) more

They are super friendly! I've been a customer since I bought this house 3 years ago. I really like the office staff. They are super friendly, efficient and organized. I like being able to pay my bill from their website with a credit card. more

Service is good and prices are reasonable. 6/1/2011

They come highly recommended as a source for BioHeat, the biodiesel/oil mix suitable for residential furnaces. Recommended by whom, you ask? By the first place I found who carries the stuff. Awesome. As soon as I can figure out where the dipstick is for our furnace, and if we need oil this year, I'm calling Rossoe. Keeping open the question of if their service is good and prices are reasonable. more

Great service and highly recommended. 6/1/2011

I've been a customer since I bought this house 3 years ago. I'm not big on service contracts, but I reluctantly agreed. I have to say that the service contract HAS come in handy. They have performed regular annual maintenance on my furnace twice (at no cost) and recently did a $500 repair at no charge because of the service contract. Despite my doubts about bio-fuels as a truly sustainable alternative to oil, I appreciate being able to select the bio-diesel mix as an option for now. I also really like the office staff. They are super friendly, efficient and organized. I like being able to pay my bill from their website with a credit card. The techs have always been prompt, respectful, and appear to be competent. Overall, great service and highly recommended. more

I just had my "vintage" oil furnace (it's the original furnace from when the house was built over 60 years ago) serviced. Dave, the technician, was great. He was detail oriented and friendly. He explained what he was doing step by step. He replaced a few items and serviced other parts as part of the annual maintenance - no cost since I am signed up with their service contract. Rossoe's service contract is reasonable and I know I would have spent more money over the years for service and repairs if I was not signed up for the contract. Thumbs up for Rossoe and Dave. more

I've been a customer since 2005 when I purchased my house that has an oil furnace. I have yet to make "friends" with my furnace as it never resets quite right when I run out of oil - Rossoe, however is my furnace's best friend. The ol' girl starts right up for them!\r I am under contract and the trip to restart my furnace once I've ran her dry is covered. I also always have the same driver filling me up, which is nice since my house is tricky to find and on a dead end that isn't the most friendly to large trucks. The service contracts isn't "fun" but I'm always glad I have it when I need it - which is about once a year! They are also always quick to return my call and have a 24/7 answering service. more

I would rate Rossoe a solid choice for your home HVAC needs. 5/6/2011

We've been using Rossoe Energy Services for the 18 years we've lived in our house. Called them originally because my parents had used them since the 1950s and they were one of the few companies I didn't hear my dad complaining about. They have been quite helpful when we have needed to replace our heating system and we have used them on a contract basis for all the maintenance needs for both our furnace and our air cleaner (thus keeping the dust and fuzz to a manageable level). They always show up on time and their service technicians seem friendly and knowledgeable. And more than once they have come to our rescue when called?solving whatever the problem was on the spot. Since they're the only heating company I've used I can't make any comparisons. But based on experience, I would rate Rossoe a solid choice for your home HVAC needs. more
