Not with My Eyes You Don't 2/28/2007

The most positive thing about this office is Dr. Watanabe. She is thorough and very pleasant. The same cannot be said of the staff. Dr. Watanabe finally fitted me with proper contacts after a year of going around in circles with their ""contact specialist"". Not only is she poorly trained, but she has been confrontational and argumentative with me on several occasions. This office could benefit from some customer service counseling. Today was my last trip to this office. Pros: Dr. Watanabe Cons: A poorly trained staff and a lack of customer service more

Very helpful 2/6/2007

I have been using Dr. Ross for about 5 years, and I am completely happy. The office staff is some of the friendliest I've encountered. Plus, he has frames that are cooler than normal in his office should you need glasses. He really does make sure that your full experience is positive and without stress! more

Friendly, Quality care 9/19/2005

I was a patient of Dr. Ross and his associates for years, I've moved now and hate the thought of having to find a new doctor. Dr. Ross is exceptionally friendly, and his partners have been wonderful too. The first time I got a migraine with visual disturbance I thought something was wrong with my contacts so I called Dr. Ross. He had me come in that afternoon, called some more specialized associates to verify some odd symptoms I had, and even called me the day after to check on me. Now that's service beyond compare! Also, I have eyes that are somewhat difficult to fit in contacts, and they've always persisted until we got something that were both happy with - even if it means I'm wearing a different brand of contact in each eye. Whatever fits the best and improves my vision the most! Pros: Everyone's Friendly, Excellent Care, Convenient Location Cons: Parking can be a pain more

unsightly service 3/11/2003

I went into see Dr. Ross last year and purchased a pair of glasses through my vision plan. I was immediately dissatisfied with the quality of the frames and quickly found out that this vision center does not care about customer satisfaction. I called to speak with my doctor and was told that they did not want to speak with me and that there was nothing I could do about the glasses I had recieved. I also e-mailed their offices and did not recieve a response. I cannot wear the glasses and have had to get my old frames fitted with new lenses through lens crafters. I was also told that I would have to pay $25 extra to have my prescription for contact lenses. This is not the case for other clinics. All in all I have spent over $200 and I am wearing my old glasses. more
